Agreement

By accessing or using any Arctide product or website (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

"Arctide" refers to the individual trading as Arctide, based in the United Kingdom.

Use of Services

You may use our Services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Arctide software except as permitted by applicable law
• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or data
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any Arctide software or digital products without express written permission

iOS Applications

Arctide iOS apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions in addition to these Terms.

Purchases made through the App Store are final except as required by Apple's refund policy. Pricing is set in local currency by the App Store and may vary by region.

Apps marked "Coming Soon" are in development. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change.

Digital Products

Digital Kits and other downloadable products sold via Gumroad or Payhip are non-refundable once downloaded, unless the file is defective or materially different from its description.

Purchases grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal or commercial projects as described in the product listing.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property on arctide.dev and within Arctide products remain the sole property of Arctide. No rights are transferred to you except as explicitly stated in a product's licence terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arctide disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arctide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product or service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
